Cancellation policy

You can cancel any order, free of charge, until it has been packed. Most orders are packed within a working day, so the sooner you cancel, the better.

• Go to My orders, open the order and choose Cancel order, or
• message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we’ll cancel it for you.

You’ll get a confirmation by email as soon as the order is cancelled.

• Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets): the full amount goes back to your original payment method. We start the refund the same day; it usually reaches you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
• Cash on Delivery: no money was taken, so there’s nothing to refund.

Once the parcel is packed and labelled we can’t stop it. You still have options:

• Return it after delivery under our 7-day returns policy — unopened toys can be returned for a change of mind, with free pickup.
• For prepaid orders, you can refuse the parcel at the door; we refund you once it’s back with us. Please don’t refuse Cash on Delivery parcels without telling us — repeated refusals may mean paying online for future orders.

After a COD order we give you a quick call on your delivery mobile number to confirm it. This protects you from orders placed by mistake and helps us keep COD available for everyone. If we can’t confirm a COD order with you, we may cancel it and let you know.

Rarely, we may have to cancel an order ourselves, for example when:

• a toy goes out of stock or fails our quality check before dispatch;
• there was an obvious error in the price or product details;
• the courier can’t deliver to the address or pincode;
• the order looks fraudulent or breaks our terms of use.

We’ll always tell you why, and refund prepaid orders in full to the original payment method. If only one toy in an order is affected, we’ll check with you before shipping the rest.

Pre-order toys can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they are dispatched.
